They will be blown away with our massive ocean, island, and mountain views and fall in love with our local, organic farm-to-table fare, served family-style with an executive chef.

Full day event: For a full day buyout for up to 50 people, it is $4,200 for the venue rental; includes tables/chairs & tabletop. Food and additional enhancements are available for an extra fee. Sample Menus

Non-wedding events over 50 people:

  • Maximum capacity: 130 for seated family-style dinner
  • Approved venue vendors only unless buyout fee is paid
  • Must provide VIP restroom rental, trolley/van service to/from the event, security for all guest hours
  • Must provide flowers, music, caterer, specialty lighting, decor as needed

Weddings: Weddings at Wanderment Farms are offered as a full-weekend buyout. The venue fee is $28,000 for use of the property only, and we host a very limited number of weddings each year. Ashley Chanel Events serves as our primary venue contact for all wedding coordination. If Ashley is not the lead planner, an external planner is required, must be approved by Wanderment Farms, and will coordinate directly with Ashley in that role (ashley@ashleychanelevents.com). For planning purposes, couples should anticipate a minimum overall wedding budget of $130,000 to host a successful event at Wanderment Farms.

  • Capacities: Our barn can accommodate 50 seated. Our patio can accommodate up to 130 seated with band and dancing
  • 50% deposit to reserve; balance due 3 weeks prior
  • Credit card required for incidentals + security deposit
  • Cross-back chairs & 8 ft farm tables included up to 50 guests (additional available for rent)
  • Table settings, glassware, utensils included
  • Projection and audio capabilities included
  • Self parking
  • 1 non-ADA bathroom available
  • Every guest must sign a liability waiver
  • Event insurance of $1M liability required
  • Start between 4–5 pm at the latest; guests depart by 10:30 pm; amplified music ends by 10 pm
  • Vendors off property by 1am
  • If required, install/strike during business hours the day before/after (8 am–5 pm)
  • Alcohol must be purchased from Wanderment Farms
