Olive Oil, Certified Organic and Regenerative

This single-estate olive oil is cold-pressed from certified organic trees rooted on our Santa Barbara land for over forty years. Farmed regeneratively, the grove is cared for in partnership with living soil, grazing animals, and seasonal rhythms that strengthen the land over time. A harmonious blend of Frantoio, Manzanillo, and Leccino, the trees are now at peak production, yielding fruit of  exceptional balance. Harvested late in the season and  pressed immediately, this first-press oil is mild and smooth  with a soft, rounded finish. Patiently made and  deeply rooted in place, it reflects the quiet abundance of Wanderment.
